Many Vehicle Manufactures recommend the air conditioning system is serviced as often as every 2 years! So whilst it may be cool in your car you will probably find the system has much more to give!

 

Other cars have no working air conditioning, despite it being fitted, whist this could be due to a mechanical failure, it may also be that due to lack of use (particularly during winter) the system needs a health check and a regas.

 

A further advantange to choosing a garage with the correct equipment (and training) is that any faults, or components, within your A/C system can be replaced in a safe, enviromentally freindly and legal way.
